Any restaurants up for doing a horse special?

I'd quite like to taste "from the horse's mouth" exactly what it is i've apparently been eating for the last no idea how many years!

I've not searched too hard but I'm sure its easily available online or from specialist butchers, and most of the exotic steaks from The Castle Tavern (RIP) were just different versions of zebra which must have been pretty close but would quite like to give it a go...

That's from years ago and it was just about home consumption really - it will be interesting to see if the catering industry are in the market for your suggestion.
