Tumble weed

Hi all, I live in a fairly old terrace house, and I've had an issue with a slow draining surface water drain for awhile. Tried rodding it today, and I've just noticed because it was raining, when rodding it I can see bubbles and more water coming up though the brick work, so I'm going to hazard a guess here that the clay pipe has cracked at some point.
It looks like it's been dug up at some point in the past , as some of the back area is brick, and some are slabs.
Thankfully, the drain is only a few feet away, any idea what the rough cost to excavate the area and replace the pipe would be ?
I've also noticed, the kitchen waste pipe drains into the same drain instead of the soil pipe, I'm not sure if that's normal, but if not, I should be able to get them to sort it whilst they're here.
Oh, and any idea who to use ? Thanks.
