Anyone know of a privately-let house in Stafford?

Hi, thought I'd post here on the off-chance that someone has seen a notice up in a window or something

I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom house to rent, preferably with a rear garden and close to town, although I would consider anywhere in Stafford.

I haven't got refs or a guarantor (no family) and also have two children, but am in employment, reliable, can guarantee the house will be looked after as if it is my own and the rent paid in full and on time.

I don't smoke or have any pets and am willing to pay a deposit, plus 3 months rent in advance.

If anyone knows or hears of anything please get in touch, as I really need to get somewhere of my own asap.

When we were looking we found clothier and day estate agents the most helpful for finding rental property - they dont do a credit check, charge the cheapest fee and judge everyone on their own merit instead of expecting you to be in a job earning a fortune!

Thought sadly we don't have any properties available at the moment. If anything fitting your requirements comes up I'll let you know!

Rightmove is the best place to try, even if you don't want to go through an agent (though I always suggest going through an agent wherever possible even if the agent just finds the tenant for the landlord) some agents do an advertising only service so private landlords can advertise on rightmove. They usually have a note somewhere on the ad telling you to phone a different person or number to contact them directly.
