Hi
Think most of the water is sat on the back lane out through Doxey (Long Lane), beyond the Derrington turnoff around Dale Lane
Puddle was pretty deep.
All the best
Keith
I attempted to cycle out that way this morning, negotiated one flood here, only to find it impassable here even by the method of carrying my bike along the verge (I got ankle deep before turning back). I then tried to take Dale Lane only to find an even worse flood under the railway bridge there.
Now I'm not saying it was karma but I watched a white van that had only seconds earlier forced me off the road ford that one only for his engine to emit a loud pop and refuse to restart in a cloud of steam at the other side....
So I went back the way I'd come.

Only wish that his van'dve conked out cos of all the water. But he wouldn't have posted it if it had...would he?http://alittlebitofstone.com/2012/11/23/a34-flooded-at-meaford/
