No need to watch the rest then.Augustus Gloop said:They all die in the end. Island turns out to be a giant turtle that suddenly decides to dive. It's pretty anti-climactic.
yeah, this is my dilemma as well.. i've been saying ever since series 2 that i doubt we'll ever find out what's going on.. the producers have all but said the same, and they seem to openly admit that they are making it up as they go along..Monquey said:I guess I'll watch it.
Hahahaha. It's funny 'cos it's true.Monquey said:Average episode: Jack and that woman who looks like she's been stung by wasps in a will they won't they story, fatman hiding food, Lock says something mysterious, Sawyer hides something and then gives it back. Flashback of one character doing something vaguely, spookily related to the flashback of someone else. Is that the fatman on TV in the background? Is that someone talking to somebody elses aunt there? O-ho! What could it all mean? End of the episode it is intimated that they may all possibly be chimpazees in a lab who are being experimented on to make them think they are humans on an island, but almost certainly are not. The Indian guy who's supposed to be Iraqi sees the ghost of a manatee. Everyone realises its Christmas so make a giant Santa out of sand which they all sing carols around while holding candles. The fatman does a crap in the shape of the numbers. Fin. Then there won't be another episode for 6 weeks because of the Superbowl or something.
hmmm, feeling your pain.jimbob23 said:Well, all you Lost haters have gone one over on us fans (well, those of us fans without Sky). Sky have bought the 3rd series, which starts on Sky 1 next month, so I'll have to wait for the DVDs and pay £20 per half-series or what ever it is. I only found out today. Ruined my day that has.
Bastards.
really?? brilliant (not the "ruining your day bit," lol).. in that case, i think i'll stop downloading them and just watch it when it comes on sky..jimbob23 said:Well, all you Lost haters have gone one over on us fans (well, those of us fans without Sky). I don't think i've ever watched a single episode of any of these or sparono's or 24 or any of the channel 4 yank shiz. my mate tried to get me to watch his 24 dvd once and i just couldn't get into it. it's like my mind is programmed to switch off to these programs. by the sound of this thread that's a good thing!dirtybobby said:it's great for getting all the throwaway american crap that i'm too much of a zealot to wait for..
