I am on nights from 19.00 till 08.00 next year! Hoping for a quiet night, though a trip out to the town centre round about midnight would probably be interesting, if not at all advisable!

depends what your "going out" options are, i guess.. if it means getting a taxi somewhere miles away just for a few drinks before bedtime, i'd say knock it on the head.. but if you have a nearby house party or something, why not?

We still have no idea what we're doing, prob wander into town for a bit but can't be bothered to pay to sit in the same pub all night. A few don't need you to pay though, so we'll probably wander around them, then go back to someones house for a party. Already got the beers in so whatever we decide we can still drink.

i had my first entire NYE off work since 1999 this year!!!!!!!!

i had a lie in, went and ran a few errands round hillsborough, watched a bit of tv, went to a mates to say happy new year and collect some pressies, came home, went to the pub to get some tickets, came home and got ready leisurely to go out ......and then got thoroughly spannered only to return home at about 3pm on 1st after having a a few drinks on the eccy road.

was a brill night all in all.
