Are You Beach Body Ready? (Take 2)

Yeah - so i'm getting married in 8 WEEKS!!!!

So I intend to look fabulous!

Anyone else on a healthy bender?

I've given up all breakfast cereal apart from non Chinese Weetabix so i can be there in my pointy suit

 

I lost a couple of stone last year by logging all my food on MyFitnessPal, and having a net 1,200 intake a day. Trying to get myself into it again as am creeping back up.

 

That's a lot of shit - prunes?

 

Don't eat sugar and go vegan, oh, and a bit of exercise 3 times a week, simple.

 

How unfabulous do you look at the moment?!

 

Being pre diabetic I am on a low/no sugar diet, it aint half hard
to avoid sugar though, it seems to be in every thing!
And I am dieting to lose a bit of weight 12 stone 11 now down to
12.9 in 6 days so not doing bad

 

Agree, simply not adding sugar is good and steering clear of the obvs food stuffs that have spoonfuls of sugar in them, is the easy part. Staying away from the sneaky sugars is difficult.
Same goes for vegan, they try and stick animal by-products in EVERYTHING, just takes a lot of label reading, but if you want to make the change you do.

I'm veggie already - I'm doing 30mins Yoga in the morning and 30mins YouTube workout trash in the evening - EVERYTHING HURTS!

Edit to add I replaced tofu with quorn vegan pieces and added some noodles (minus the honey as I didn't have any!)

I shall never be beach body ready, unless beached whale is in this year? I would love to lose the 7 extra stone my poor body drags around, but, at the moment I am not in the right mind state to even think of changing my lifestyle/ diet.

Ive got a nice floral skirt with juniper berries so the gin bar is a must
