Area Information: Rising Brook/Rowley Bank

We're thinking of moving house to the Rowley Bank neck of the woods in Stafford. I just wondered if anyone had any good/bad/constructive information thy could share with us about the area.

I think Flash Ley Primary School would be the catchment area school for us. I've read the reports but does anyone have any first hand experience of it?

Any advice from you good folks would be great. Always good to get some real life research as well from people! ;)

I lived on Rising Brook ( by Park Avenue) for the first 25 years of my life. I enjoyed the area, and my parents lived there for 42 years so there must have been something good about it. I only went to Flash Ley for a couple of year before moving to The Grove, after it turned back to a primary school, I guess it depends what side of the road you are to what catchment area you are in.

Thanks Lucy. Come on people, there must be some more views on this neck of the woods. Don't be shy now! ;)

Hi, we lived Rowley Bank for 24 years and only moved out of Stafford last summer, our children although were in the catchment of Flash Ley went to St Pauls Primary school garden street and were very happy there. Its very convenient for town although sometimes quicker to walk in the rush hour.
