Been for coffee a couple of times - very good.
Food menu looks excellent - will certainly try in the coming weeks.
Farm shop has a large variety of local produce and at a reasonable price.

it looks really impressive! ive just been on a 3d tour and i like the idea of the 'floating' seating area, although i can imagine the mozzies being a bit of a pain in summer.

it would be good to go for a visit though :)

i was thinking similar, mozzies, midges, stinking stagnant water, people poncing around on barges, overpriced food and drink, nah you can count me out.......

Using those marvelous Westons Organic boxes you'd have very little wasted space, whilst being very wasted.

It would be difficult to get a barge there, as they are too wide to fit in the locks on the Trent and Mersey Canal.
