Sorry basil. I have fond memories of stopping off on the way home from school on warm days for a twister.

Yes i've heard that, but it wont stop them, just on Wednesday i walked past the shops on my way home and saw a gang of about 15 kids outside the co-op, since the section 30 has come in force the kids still hang around and as soon as they see the old bill they split and go there many different ways. Or on a cold, wet and windy day they come round by where i live where its sheltered from the elements.
