Beaconside/Marston Grange

Can anyone tell me if Taylor Wimpey are planning on completing the second phase of the Marston Grange development? The current building project looks well on the way to completion and I see from their website there's only two houses left for sale on the whole development.

They only advertise the plots that are currently available, there is more plots to be released on phase one they have just not been released yet. So phase two won't be started until phase one comes to close. Visiting the sales office they can give you rough estimate of release dates.

Not on the Stafford site.

I don't know why housebuilders do freehold on some sites and leasehold on others. It all seems a bit random. I guess it maybe has something to do with land value?
