Best new albums of 2010?

i don't care whether a band is big or small, i just like what i like. but i thought most of the music in 2010 was average at best. all i meant by that comment is that guitar music should get a lot more exposure this year. at the moment it seems to be with stuff on the slightly heavier side (which is in part down to a stafford resident who works for 'wolf at your door' records)

i don't personally rate any of the picks for 2011 by the mainstream media. brother are a bunch of students pretending to be oasis (and have been repackaged twoce by their label), mona are dull as arses and whilst the vaccines are alright, i think they're nowhere near as their name suggests. the bands i rate you should all look out for are 'the sport' from stoke on toast, and a band from wolves called 'god damn'.
