Yea my wife is sales supervisor there, she doesn't know how long she has a job for. Just what you want when you're about to buy a house on Wildwood. She's has applied for 6 jobs last night, hopefully she'll get something before we move.
Good luck from me as well. Hope she finds a job soon.

I was only in the one down the retail park yesterday . (Maybe I shouldn't have gone in....I've been well known on here in the the past for the places I shop in to close down :hmm: ) Have bought quite a few pairs of shoes and handbags from Brantano over the years, but couldn't see anything I liked yesterday .There's been hardly anyone else in the shop each time I've been in lately .
Stopped going in Brantano when Pavers were in the old Co-op store in town and I always found what I wanted in there instead, and I stocked up in their closing down sale.

cheers all for the good luck messages she should be able to find something as she got told today that that buyers will be found and the Stafford store will more than likely stay open, they signed a lease last year extending it 5 years. Brantano is in the same group as Jones the bootmakers, they were brought out last year but they didn't want brantano so theyve put them in administration on purpose to find a buyer.
They have had potential buyers visits stores today and will have more visiting stores next week, current count is 10 interested parties.
