I bought myself a box of Ferrero roche chocolates and am eating them all to myself.
I know its a biscuit thread but they are mostly wafer, and I just needed to gloat a little.

It's true, I used one as a seed tray last year. It made transplanting the seedlings to the proper spacings very easy indeed.

Rikki I misread your post and thought you'd been trying to grow them.

It reminded me of when I was little and used to carefully keep the seeds out of aniseed balls and secretly plant them in the vegetable patch at the back of the garden hoping they would grow.

To get back on topic my favourite biscuit is shortbread.

Elkes used to make Chocolate Dundees which were very much a favourite back in the day

I resided in Utch as a lad and you couldn't move for bargain bags of broken biscuits*

*apart from on market days when you couldn't move for sex starved middle aged batchelor farmers or race days when you couldn't move for pissed up scousers
