yeah, someone mentioned this in another thread:

Yes I think I have also discovered that Boots is going in at the old Carpet Right from September, and the Powerhouse is going to be a Next at Home - so that will be two next retail operations on that site!

This will leave one unit - between Carpet Right and Matalan vacant, currently being used as storage by Carpet Right until they find a tenant

i've got to ask, though, cos i've been wracking my brains and can't figure it out:
