Anyone seen this? Its kinda like weeds, but with crytal meth. Just finished the first series, TBH it started better than it finished but I'm definately going to watch season 2 now. Stars the dad from Malcolm in the Middle, and he's a pretty good actor in this. Well worth a look, anyone wanting to try out their shiny new newsgroup software may want to look here and here.

yeah, i was signed off work for a week last september, and spent the whole time watching the first 2 seasons back to back! brilliant programme.. brian cranston is a legend..

season 3 started a few weeks ago in the US, but i've got so much to watch atm i just haven't got time to watch it yet.. gonna book a week off work in the summer i reckon and split my time between watching that and having BBQs :teef:

Have screwed up my shoulder muscle again so laid up in bed today. Watched season 1 yesterday and this morning, now watching Generation Kill but going back to season 2 in a min as its more fun!

Yeah man all that typing takes it's toll ;)

On a serious note go visit the Pie & Ale house - Victor knows a thing or two about joints and muscles and he sorted my shoulders out in 5 minutes. They have been much better ever since :D

I watched season 1 episode 1 to the start of of episode five last night. I had never heard of this but am well impressed. Thanks for the heads up :)

Bizarrely it does, its the mouse arm that hurts despite just resting it on the desk! May have to go visit the P&A now though, lol.

Have to say if I found myself in the same position as the bloke in this series, crystal meth would not be high on my agenda. An AK47 and a train ticket to London perhaps. Or maybe tell the yanks that parliment is hiding WMDs.

I've never got into any major American shows before....I watched the first few episodes of Lost, then sacked it off cos I was never in when it was on. Lots of people I know have raved about The West Wing/24/Dexter etc, but I never really gave them a chance.

I started watching Breaking Bad a few weeks ago and ended up spending about 12 of 48 hours watching the first series and a half. Quite appropriately I was hooked very quickly and am about to embark on the 4th season, which I should finish just in time to watch the 5th season as it's played on Sky-whateveritis.

It's written well and appeals to me in a 'great-film-that-never-ends' kinda way. Excellent.

I don't remember seeing this post? So, who's watching it? Gutted this one is a mini series, but think I can see where its going now. Do we have spoiler tags on this forum?

won't be too bad imo.. there will still be a dramatic season finale, afaik - it just means that there will be a big story arc which spans these final 2 seasons..

i watched the 3rd episode yesterday.. i blates reckon
skylar is going to flip and either kill herself, or run away with walt jnr.

Something will happen along those lines I'm sure. After also watching episode 3 last night I think....

Walt is becoming a bit of a dick, and Mike doesn't like him anyway. The start of the first episode he is eating his breakfast on his birthday alone, then buys a load of weaponry. I suspect that is the end of this mini-series, he will have fallen out with Mike and probably Jessie too and is going back to cause havoc. The second part of it, which I believe they have said is the last one they will make, will be him trying to fight back. Maybe Skylar does something stupid and Mike has to kill her? Whatever it is, I'm feeling pretty sure those weapons are for use against Mike.
