Cannock Chase Werewolf......... Awoooooooooo!!!!!!

Has anyone ever followed some of the wild and whacky tales that have been in the media regarding 'strange things' being seen on Cannock Chase over the last few years? We've got everything from phantom hitchikers to UFO's, to Werewolves - alien big cats - underground cavemen, Bigfoot...... and now giant snakes!?

Do you think there is any truth to any of these stories - or is it just bumf being thought up by the press????

Well i saw a huge number of chinese lanterns in the sky over the weekend I think it was. My housemate was having kittens thinking it was an alien invasion, I can assure you though they were chinese lanterns.

Not heard of anything else though?

I'm sure I read in one of the local papers the chinese lanterns were being released by someone celebrating their birthday.

As for Cannock Chase, I've heard of 'strange things' going on at Seven Springs after dark,
something to do with cars and lights
