Does anybody know any Stafford firms that tint car windows?

No, but you could always try asking in FMS or AA Silencers if they know of anyone? Other places are available, but I wouldn't trust my lads car with anyone else.

Unless they drive an ageing S Class or a Range Rover Sport, I think you will find. Then you seem to be free to deal drugs as much as you like.
