We used it on a 2004 Sterling Eccles Topaz and the stats say that an 890cm awning will fir it so I have assumed that is the size of our awning.

Sorry mate Mate, brain fade. For some reason I was thinking 89 Cm. This will be a bit big for my mates 22 footer.

It may fit as our caravan was 20' 8" and the awning size is 875cm-900cm. Tell your friend to check what size awning their caravan takes.
