I've only gone and found myself a carpenter!!

He replied to my job on MyBuilder.com, came round on time to quote me, sent an email quote a couple of days later as promised, we organised a date for the work, he turned up bang on time on the day, did the work without quibbles, an all round pleasant experience.*

To say I'm chuffed with the outcome is an understatement.

Arranged a visit with him. He didn't show. What's the matter with these tradesmen. Why arrange a visit and not show, why not just say too busy/not interested in the work.
