Spot on - 1953 was the year the Queen Mother visited Lotus. Can I interest you in buying a copy of the 'Stafford - A Stroll Down Memory Lane DVD? It's not everyday you can view Stafford Rangers at Wembley. The year was 1972.

There is also a DVD in the library stafford a provincial town with reference to the queen mother at lotus and stafford rangers it was made by staffs uni, my uncle was one of the people in it being interviewed about the cinemas, I'll be interested in seeing A stroll down memory lane it'll be interesting to see another perspective of stafford from the past. I'll look out for that one thankyou !
