Careful if you’re using A518 near Swan Pit at the moment.
There is a flock of sheep loose, just near the bottom of the hill in the 60mph zone. A few minutes ago they wandered into a field at the side, with lots of lovely new grass but no gate, so they could be back on the road very soon!
They have come from a field in the lane to Crow’s Nest car park, by the old railway line.
The police know and are on their way but in the meantime, drive carefully.
