    Some excitement today.

    The Cops say -

Mortar shells found on building site in Burntwood.

We are currently at the scene of a building site in Chasetown, Burntwood, following the discovery of a large number of mortar shells.

As a precautionary measure, a 200m cordon is in place and local businesses have been evacuated to ensure public safety.

We are advising people to stay away from the area while we deal with this incident and thank everyone for their patience and cooperation.

Why should Walsall have all the fun, best drop some off in Bloxwich on the way.

Difficult to argue with that really.

If there was more than Brownhills (the official Arsehole of the West Midlands) could have used some as well.

Bloxwich and cobblers go so well together, as I'm sure you know.

I grew up in Chase Town until I was lucky enough to escape when I was 11. Got a long way from it and by long way I mean about 8,500 miles.
