Wanted Chefs Blow Torch

I've had a quick look on the website for the kitchen shop on North Walls and though they have them I was hoping to pay a little less for a chefs blow torch, I'm never going to make Creme Brulee enough times in my life for it to be worth a hideous amount - was wondering if any of you lovely lot on here have any idea where I might pick one up cheap or maybe have seen one around?

I have considered eBay but the way it's going at the moment I'd end up opening YET another dispute - fed up to the back teeth of it at the moment!

These turn up in Lidl regularly, for about £15. but, they're not in at the moment..

I bet an ordinary butane torch from a DIY shop would do exactly the same job at a fraction of the cost, in fact now I think on it I may have found a new use for our electric paint stripper :)

This is what I love about this forum, everyone is so helpful! Admittedly neon jay may be wishing he wasn't so much, the abortion that is my kitchen is only just coming under his control. I now have a sink though. Admittedly we can't connect the drain due to a complete mismatch of parts but its close! Would love to meet the last residents builder....
