Wanted Chipboard

I need to board out the loft a little bit to help with storage. However, I've not yet sorted out the insulation (we have some, but it could be thicker) so I don't want to fully board out the loft with tongue and groove "loft boards".

Therefore, I'm after some Chipboard to cover approx. 4-5 m2 over the joists as a short-medium term option. The pieces have to be big enough to go over the joists (approx 1.2m apart) but overall small enough for me to get them into the loft hatch. Looking online, eBay, B&Q etc. it all seems so expensive for the fix option I'm after.

Anyone got anything suitable?

I have three bits of an old railway layout that are about five by seven feet, I think. I also have a circular saw and could whizz them down the middle in a few seconds. Yours for free if you want them. They're on Salisbury Road, just off Weston Road, past the Hospital. I would need a slight bit of warning, as I'm still using one as a table for stuff and would need to sort that out.

It was a pleasure to meet you too - the sawdust soon came off.

I watched all 5:08, fantastic setup. Maybe I could use the chipboard in the loft for a train set rather than storage...

Do it!

If you look at the vids of Tommy's railways in my YouTube, they're in his loft and 'She' has never even been up there to check what he's up to...
