Having " a cynical head on" appears to be compulsory for anyone living in Stafford.

Heaven forbid anyone living in the town with a positive upbeat attitude... They have to live in hiding or else get chased away by scary men with pitchforks.

You are forbidden to like the town in which you live.
It's against the rules. ;)
