Thats where your Stafford Points come from. Skill = +1, Cuffy = -1 :)

Indeed welcome gentlepurr, you'll find a wealth of childlike nonsense, crazy lunatics, pompous arrogant so ans so's, geeky nerdy types, helpful types (post any question on here and someone will have the answer or know where to find it), nosey parkers, babbling mentalists, and recently we had a deranged potential gun-toting mass murderer although we don't talk about that too much........
