Lets force everyone past the train station and Tesco. Traffic is never a problem there!
Wait until they introduce restrictions on Chell Road (restrictions are planned).

Plain - clothed cops forming an orderly queue...
Perhaps they were foreign? The one I saw last week ( as stated in another thread) flew straight across the mini without considering anything might be coming from greengate street.
They would have given it away by going round the roundabout the wrong way.Perhaps they were foreign?
27 to 1, but democracy must prevail.Vote Remain?
My favourite sign in Stafford.
This is in Parker's Croft Road, a fifty yard long cul-de-sac with no humps in it and only two houses.
Presumably, trying to read the 'mind' that spent public money on this sign, it is intended to warn that, should you drive straight across Wolverhampton Road into Garden Street, there are actually some humps there. Of course, there is another sign warning of humps at the entrance Garden Street, as you might expect, but you could miss that in the excitement.
Speaking to an officer, the reason for the action yesterday was the complaints by pedestrians, local businesses and the bus service.
Non serious incidents occured in the last 2 weeks one of which involved a pedastrian and car coming down the one way area from south walls onto Mill Bank and hitting a teenager, fortunately lack of speed led to no injury- bloody lucky.
I pointed out to an officer the broken flower bed wall at the mill bank roundabout that someone has clearly collided with very recently, though he knew nowt about how it occured.
340yds!! I'd be happy if I could hump for just the 40yards.My favourite sign in Stafford.

The thing is, that you've only just started and then you have to get across Wolverhampton Road before the proper humping gets going.340yds!! I'd be happy if I could hump for just the 40yards.

Yeah, the one with the controversial zip lane, from Gaol Square to the Broadeye (Windmill) roundabout..Chell Road is the route to the Sainsbury’s roundabout from the top of the high street isn’t it? Do the people who introduce these rules actually drive anywhere?
