Right, I guess I'm too used to dealing with companies who are arseholes (as per my last trackday who refunded me approximately 0 and lost my custom for the other 6 track days of theirs I had planned to do this year and the contractors I work with day in day out...) as there was no need to do any due dilligence.... I spoke to the owner of the company directly and gave him the whole sob story, and he sent me a full refund.

As/when I have another car to use, I'll definitely be booking with this guy again.
