Hi everyone, I wanted to make you aware of the service that my husband and I run, which is located just a short walk from Stafford town centre; Aperture Therapeutic Services.
At our private counselling practice we specialise in working with adults and young people who are experiencing anxiety. We also work with adults and young people on a range of issues including depression, bereavement, anger, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. We provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment.
Our initial consultation is £30 and is your opportunity to discuss what you want to explore in counselling, and also to see if you feel comfortable with your counsellor. If you decide to continue working with your counsellor then each counselling session is £40.
