Saw that sign at the BMW garage this morning - totally wrong for the location and very distracting. I wonder if they have to have planning permission?

As it is a temporary, portable sign it probably doesn't need planning permission. It is however distracting. I hope nobody runs in to the back of the delivery transporter that is normally obstructing the flow of traffic in rush hour.

I saw the sign at Knights on Friday; it didn't seem too bright.

One issue I have with it though is the fact it is parked in one of the only two disabled parking spaces.

I'm pretty sure they've knocked the brightness down a notch or two from when it was first installed.

No but they do require "Advertisement Consent" for which they have applied.

Saw a car slow down to let out a bus from the bus stop, car a few vehicles down had to slam on his brakes as i guess he did not see the cars stopping. At least he now knows where he can get a new front bumper! .....If he had a BMW.......and if the garage had been open.
