Cuffy cuffy cuffy cuffy to the dry cleaners in town center!!!!!!!
Which ones? And could you elaborate?
T L C 23 Salter St, Stafford ST16 2JU
They damage my dress! It happened exactly a few months ago, I brought my dress there and my partner's suit and tie. Suit and tie were ok, in my gown ruined flower and in a lace was a dark dust which i assume they did clean dress with suit to cut the cost for them! I was explained it was my fault because dress didn't have a lable! I did give clear instructions that dress should be clean in silk cycle, lady did note!!!
Must say I've never had anything other than excellent service from them over the years and am surprised to read this, but I guess you can't get everything right every time.

Awful place, they haven't got a clue. Had to take the g/fs car there as they had a promo on the tyres we needed and nowhere else would price match. Sat and watched the lad try and find the tyres on the racks and it looked like he was struggling but he found them and fitted them.
I walked out to the car and checked the tyres (both fronts). Right brand, right size, different load indexes. Went back in and told the manager and his first reaction was that they'll be fine, you'll not notice. I insisted they switch the tyres but it was as if they weren't remotely bothered that they'd put different tyres on.

No, I quite agree. If you get bad service somewhere, the very least you should get is an apology.

Skill to HSBC.... long story but basically rang up about a remortgage and got some duff advice leading to me withdrawing a lump sum form my ISA two months too early and losing out on over £50 worth of interest.

After a complaint to the Chief Exec's office they sorted it all out and covered my costs and a bit more.

tmobile, after a week messing around with my new contract and a replacement sim I am told they cap all contracts now to 300k unless you pay them an extra fiver. Best I can get anyway is 1Mb round here, O2 just tested at 4Mb.

Sim cancelled.

o2 - took my iphone 4 in to be sent off for repair due to a dodgy "home" button a week last Thursday. Was quoted a 24 hour turn around. Didn't hear anything for a whole week. Phone was returned to store 7 days later and managed to get time to go and pick it up today. To diffuse my anger - turned out I'd been sent a brand new iphone 4!

Great news - especially to replace an 8 month old model with battle scars to prove! Well happy :)

They are a bunch of tossers who would sell their own granny in my experience, I hate going there.
Can't agree with you enough on this.
In my experience National aren't much better. When they couldn't get my rear wheel off because it was rusted onto the hub a little they smashed the hell out of the rim. Ok, cheap steel wheels but they spend a good 10 minutes straightening it after and they were laughing about it.

I had 3 new tyres fitted at County Tyres at the weekend. Definate skill.

Would cuffy National too- there's one guy there that looks at you with contempt as soon as you walk through the door and by the time they have your wheel off there' usually three more huddled round you commenting on your dilemma.

Cuffy for pizza hut (i'm guessing they have a few by now).

Booked it and paid for it on my card for ASAP collection from the window. Drove straight round there and waited at the window for over 15 minutes whilst people the other side walked past time and again. A fed up looking manageress type came up and apologised for the delay so she obviously new I'd been stood there a while.
I gave her my name and she literally walked straight off and came back with it. I opened the box as I got outside and eat a slice there and then before I got in the car (I was hungry like) and it was cold.
Looks like the computer system and cooking staff are all switched on to the task its just the staff that need some motivation/more staff.
OK rant over.......actually no.....the chicken wings were cold and tasteless.
Can that be a double cuffy plox admin?

Top marks to O2, phone arrived late by a few days so they just credited a month to my account.

Bad marks to Barclays, offered me a loan at 17.4% saying it was the cheapest they could do. I mentioned Santander offer the same loan for 8.3% and was immediately told they could match it. I know its business, but even so!

Cuffy to Natwest in the high street. Queue stretching back almost to the door yesterday with three staff on duty. Then one of them shuts up shop and goes off!!!!!!!!! Aaarrrgh.

Skill to the bald chap built like a brick outhouse who shouted out "I remember when this place used to be a f*cking bank" at the top of his voice after said bank teller had gone off, causing a bit of a stir that resulted in more staff coming out and opening all of the available points :)
