They do keep logs as per the EU data retention laws, which isn;t usually desirable for a VPN There is a short review of CyberGhost at http://bestvpn.biz/cyberghost-vpn-review/ - some of the speeds to the UK are pretty slow to say the least.

From what I've just read, they do keep logs for a short period of time for what they claim as "network troubleshooting" purposes.
