delivery jobs?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knew of any takeaways that have delivery jobs going at the mo?
need to earn some extra money for xmas!

I used to work for Hong Kong House (now Kim's Kitchen on Sandon Road) and Golden Gate on Stone Road for almost 2 years. I found that the Golden Gate pays well, so ask there first!

Also, make sure you're insured for delivering fast food, as the police can fine you and crush your car if you're unlucky. I've known this happen a few times in Stafford. Adding fast food delivery onto your insurance may make it almost double the price, but it's worth it if you value your car.

...or alternatively work for Domino's or somewhere that provides you with a car (which is a safer option).

Dominos are almost always looking, and use your own car as they pay well for that too - I made a profit running a mondeo 1.6 as a delivery car on the mileage payments.

I delivered for Dominos in Stafford when it first opened & enjoyed it, Ben Sandy the owner was a really nice bloke to work for (not sure if he still runs it day to day or not as I think he owns a few now). Just ask instore. I also used to deliver for Shuma Balti on the Common Road, they were absolutely awesome to work for, really nice, used to pay me £6 an hour plus petrol plus free curry & this is going back 8-9 years.

Just go round them all & ask, nothing wrong with looking keen & proactive.
