DIY Advice please - adding a light fitting

How do I edit this?
I have a circuit which consists of two switches and two pendants & I would like to add a third pendant to it.

Is it as simple as running a length of 3 core off one of the existing roses? I don't need it to be switched independently, just light up the other end of the landing when the other two bulbs are on.

Yes, but you need to run the live to the new pendant from the 'switched live' that runs down to the bulb, not the 'supply live' that is live all the time. you should be able to see which is which when you have the cover off.

Brilliant - thanks G.

I thought that was the case, but the diagrams on DIY sites all seemed to make it more complicated than that, so I wasn't sure if I was missing something.

The double-switching arrangement makes the wiring look complicated, but, as far as your extra pendant is concerned, it just needs a neutral (which is 'on' all the time) and a live that is on when the other pendants are on - and that's off when they're off - and an earth just in case you need it, which is also 'on' all the time.
