Does anyone know about party things?

My friend tried to describe some things that you might have at a large sit down party. She said that you throw them across the room and they have a feather on them. They are small and when they hit the other person they stick to their clothes.
It's a bit hard looking for them on google when you don't know what they are called!

Also where is the cheapest place to buy Christmas headbands?

They are £2 each on ebay and I need 60 of them.

Maybe, or maybe I'm thinking of tacky reindeer like headband things.- but you're meaning uber-glamorous Christmas headbands?

Well the budget won't stretch to the uber glamourous ones so the tacky ones will have to do.

I will look in the pound shop.

As for the other things they have burrs on them so they stick to clothes and stick in your hair.
