DS64LVO Black BMW 1 Series Driven by Scum!

Driving into town this morning behind a Black BMW 1 Series DS64LVO.

We stop in the traffic caused by the Lloyds Bank traffic lights on the A34. Cockwomble in the BMW winds down his window and dumps a load of rubbish onto the road. I sound my horn, his response is to throw even more rubbish out of the window.

Lights go green so he drives off and then turns into The Oval. So this tosser either lives or works in The Oval.

For the avoidance of doubt, you are pure scum to do stuff like that. I have reported you and your scummy behaviour to the council, for what good it will do.

I've created this thread so that if you or anyone else should Google your registration number, they will be in no doubt what a scummy, low-life, piece of excrement you are.

At least 95% of the time it's used in the latter sense. When used in the former (e.g. a car is reversing out and may not have seen you) everyone looks around to try and work out what you're being aggressive about.

They take it more seriously in Coates, there is a sign up about 200 yards from my house stating the flytipping fine is up to £95,000.
