Easter Monday 2013 - Where to have a spot of lunch?

me & ms. db are out and about today, shopping for wedding rings and other such joyous shenanigans..

any recommendations for where to go for a spot of lunch? we usually default to the swan, which is consistently lovely, but there are so many new places popping up (cafe roma, la creperie, the post house, etc.) that i feel like we should take this opportunity to try somewhere we wouldn't usually think of..

so.. where is open today for lunch that people would recommend? anywhere with any offers on? anywhere "forum friendly"?

we're not looking for a hearty meal - just a nice club sandwich, or panini, or similar

we ended up deciding to go the bear grill, after spying some lovely sounding baguettes on the menu.. got there, and it was all shut up - probably the only eatery not open and taking advantage of the bank holiday customers! typical..

so, we end up in the butler's bellend.. i had a classic hot dog, and the missus had some chicken strip salad thing - both very nice indeed!
