Don't know - just seen the signs when out on patrol - was surprised by one and would have let that go - but two, that just needed reporting.

Looks like the substation is actually staying there at Riverway and it's just the land round it that's for sale.

The Stone Road one seems to include the empty building.

60k plot ( guesstimate ) would mean a £180k bungalow ( market price ) ?

If anyone is going for either of them, budget for asbestos removal .....

I don't think they are worth the money to be honest. Certainly the plot on the Stone Rd is small so you couldn't fit much on it. Being as the cost of building a little 2 bed place is not that different to building a 4 bed place I don't see its worth the trouble if you can only fit something little on the plot. OK for a retired couple who want to live in it perhaps, but not to develop and make money.

Plus, you'd never be able to station a proper sized submarine there anyway.
