I've seen pictures today of damage done by some absolute moron who has torn up football and cricket pitches at Shugborough. Description of car involved was green BMW - reg no N209 PDW.

Asda car park last week - someone parked across 2 spaces. Luckily, I had a pen and paper handy so able to stick a note under their windscreen wipers saying: Don't be so selfish -park properly next time.

We encountered this stupidity in the Guildhall in the week....after queuing on the ramp to get in, we drove round & round to find the only space available had been taken up by one car parked over two spaces....I was all set to go & report it....bloody one-car no-bed.

The thing is........

How do you know what went on before you arrived? The Par Cark could have been previously full and the only space left was that spot straddling two spaces

No. The spot that they were straddling was the two spaces right next to an up- ramp......so they purposely parked in the middle of the 2 spaces to avoid opening the doors onto the wall of the up-ramp.

Enjoying a drop of red.
People who mark out parking spaces in car parks could always consider making the spaces a bit wider. The Guildhall has fairly narrow spaces for larger cars making parking somewhat difficult.

That's one of the reasons I prefer to go to Telford because my car is less likely to get a ding in the door caused by some selfish, uncaring twat.

Still no excuse to park in two bays, just choose a better car park.

People who park on two bays couldn't give a shit if you write a stupid note on their windscreen, but if they catch you lifting the wiper to put it on may well cause you grief by accusing you of damaging their car.
