Examples of poor driving you have witnessed!

Thanks to the 'gentleman' in the black Audi A8 for kindly inspecting the paintwork on my rear bumper at such close quarters a bit ago on the Rickerscrote Road. You had plenty of chance to check for defects as, rather than encourage me to speed up, your tailgating forced me to ease off the throttle bringing us down to a very sedate 5 mph eventually. It was only then that you realised that if you backed off you would actually be able to get past me - who'd have thought it...

By the way, I was most impressed by the cloud of blue smoke coming out of your exhausts as you roared off to, hopefully, your appointment with a frontal impact against a lamppost or a tree :)

Funny you should say that....

Bloody brilliant....hilarious commentary ......got tears rolling down my face.

Hate parallel parking myself......then hate it even more returning to the car to find the gap to manoeuvre out even tighter when someone's only left a couple of inches gap .

Trying to park in Penkridge the only space that was left, someone else had parked over the line and was partly taking up a second space not leaving much room. I thought for a second about chancing it, decided I would and left about 3 inches of room between my car and his. It was either that or park far away.

Got back to my car a few minutes later and saw him climbing into the driver side from the passenger seat.

Just been into town, going up Newport Road towards the station in the right hand lane and the nutritionaly over acheiving (I'm in a polite mood) blonde bint in the gold coloured 60 reg Nissan Qashqai that I'm passing starts edging sideways closer & closer to me so it's hard on the brakes & sure enough she wants the outside lane with no thought of checking mirrors or using those amber flashy things situated at each corner of the car.
10 minutes later another bird in a black Ford Fiesta pulls out of her parking space right in front of me.
They don't do the cause of women drivers any favours do they.

If only it was just women drivers, then we'd only have to worry about half the other cars on the road. Sadly, blokes are just as bad (and in terms of doing things deliberately rather than through sheer inattention, far worse), so it's ALL the other cars on the road we have to worry about.

Good piece of driving on Lichfield Rd gyratory yesterday- Corsa in A449 lane instead of exiting onto Wolverhampton Rd decided to carry on round for A518 nearly taking out an Aygo. From what I saw the Corsa driver then hurled abuse at the Aygo!!

Also earlier in the week Red Civic L44NAT who drives with fog lights on when its not foggy also likes to text at the wheel too it seems.

Red mini DU11 LUA - followed them out of Riverway onto Lammascote Rd this morning about 7.30am where they drove very steadily at about 25 mph down Lammascote and onto the big roundabout in the right hand lane for heading across and round Queensway Northwards. Now all of the above is fine, a bit slow and ponderous, but all OK....... until, approaching the lights mid way round the roundabout where the one lane becomes two, they are straddling both lanes and the lights are on red, so I'm hanging back wondering which lane they're going to stop in?..... neither... straight through on a static red, no amber in sight before or for a good minute after!

These lights..

Once came across a Corsa on its roof round there, having run through the set of lights just to the left of those on red...

It still amazes me how many people round Stafford go through red lights!! It's especially bad on that roundabout - perhaps they should install some pop up bollards in the road, like they do with bus lanes, which spring up just after the lights change to red - people would only go through on red once... :)

It could work, you know.

The passenger in the van at the end of this hits the screen a bit hard - he might even have a belt on next time, as well....

Oddly I saw a Corsa on Thursday overtaking outside Couture. I also saw a kid doing a wheelie on a push bike on Wolverhampton road in front of oncoming traffic.

Not exactly bad driving - but well done to the fully grown woman who was sat in the bus shelter opposite the station last night (9.30pm) - and shining a green lazer pen into the eyes of passing drivers....silly bint!

To the silver-haired old biddy driving an old Ford Ka who caused me to do an emergency stop when driving through the traffic lights by Pennycrofts, I salute you. Stupid old woman you shouldn't be driving.

yesterday evening rush hour - someone didn't secure wood panels on top of their car properly before setting off, which resulted in me seeing a large piece of wood headed straight for me from the top of their car. I still don't actually know how 1) I managed to not get hit by it (I ran it over though!) or 2) how the car behind me didn't hit me when I had to break extremely hard. It was a miracle/everybody driving safely!
Luckily I'd been looking at what they were carrying and thinking "I hope they've secured those properly" right before said wood flew off so I was prepared. Could have been quite nasty though! They weren't even doing 30mph when it happened and were driving along queensway dual carriageway.

Queuing down Radford Bank this morning I was overtaken and undertaken by cyclists at the same time. So many cyclists seem to think it's OK to pass a car on the inside and it's so dangerous.

Well done to the tw@t in the P reg Ford Scorpio ex funeral limo. Not only did you park your car in the yellow hatchings at the Newport Road/Station Road traffic lights during evening rush hour today, causing chaos, because you are such a selfish arse that you obviously think your journey is more important than everyone elses, but then you actually broke down at the station pelican crossing, causing yet more tailbacks.

Get that heap scrapped, and be in it when it is fcukwit!

I've seen quite a few cycling the wrong way in the cycle lanes over Queensville Bridge as well. Came round the bend at the top this morning to encounter a lad wobbling towards me on his bike.
(And the other week Stafford Harriers were running their route over Queensville bridge, using the cycle lane to pass each other. Not just one of them, but several at the same time suddenly jumping into the road. Nothing against the Harriers - I was a founder member myself- but an accident waiting to happen if that's a regular occurance nowadays)
