Fashion store comes to Stafford

Sorry if this has already been posted but I read on an Express & Star board somewhere that a top fashion store is coming to Stafford.

Anyone know which one and where?

Thanks,

:)

Fashion? Just what every town needs in an economic crisis! Can't get enough of vain 'scene' people, they're sooooooo cool. I wish I was that cool!

At least they're putting their hard earned money back into the economy, to stimulate growth to the extent that a new retailer feels Stafford is a viable option to open a store and create jobs. Of course, living with mummy helps keep the bills low.

Fook knows why though, no bugger else lasts 5 minutes here apart from mobile phone shops. Do we really use mobile phone shops more than, say, sandwhiches?

Fair point, better than chavs in that respect. If, however, you have ever watched Nathan Barley (which clearly us underrated) you will understand what a crock o' shite the 'scene' sub culture is. That and indie music.... arghhhhhhh!!!!!

why does fashion automatically equate to "the scene"? there's nothing wrong with wanting to look good.. and as tek says, it's a good thing that any kind of retailer that doesn't sell coffee or mobile phones wants to open up in the 'ford!

If it's one of these poncy designers it will be scene. I suppose it will generate a handfull of jobs although I can't see it surviving in the current climate.
