SEO to the FACE
Hello all! (first post)
I'll agree that looks more like than waving, but it's the best i could find
My speeling is terrible so don't correct me just try to work out what i ment to right. Not sure if this should go here or in the tech bit but this is where i'm sticking it so there.
I have a list of sites that you may find interesting if like me you don't own a TV and use your PC/Laptop as movie player & entertainment centre.
TV-Links
Well designed site with TV, Movies, Cartoons, Anime, Music videos & Sport.
Alluc
Very simmilar to TV-Links, not as pretty, but has a Mahooosive documentary section.
JooX
Personal favorite at the moment. Has simmilar content to the previous two but the movies are generally better quality and usually just one link (as apposed to six links for one movie which just pisses me off).
QuickSilverScreen
This one is a forum not unlike stafford forum but is dedicated to streaming media and where to find it.
YouTV PC
Poorly designed site, takes ages to scroll down the side pannel looking for what you want, but there is alot of content.
OvGuide
This isn't so much a site linking to media as a site that lists others that do.
Now for most of these you will not need any additional software that you're not likely to allready have. But for some of the movies (the better quality ones that link to sites like http://stage6.divx.com/Stage6) you will need the DivX web player which you can download free.
All of the videos are of different quality and range from utter crap to DVD quality so it is a case of 'suck it and see' people.
Advantage of the DivX webplayer is it gives you the option to save the file. So watch the Film e.t.c. so that it has all buffered and then save it (may look like it's going to crash your browser but be patient i've got DVD quality files off this recently)
Don't rate any of the movies on the actuall site they stream off because this makes them more popular and more likely to be pulled by the admin. An if you're thinking of watching a film/series you've never heard of stick it into IMDB and see what it is.
I imagine alot of you probably got most of those sites bookmarked anyway but thought i'd share.
Admin edit: changed profanity to relevant smiley
