We used Stafford Garage Doors on Astonfields as well when we had ours fitted years ago and called them out to repair it when the cable went a few months ago. Came the day after we rang and pleased with their service.

Over the years, I've fixed a few badly installed garage doors around Stafford, mostly the ones with the torsion spring and the fusee pulleys to take up the door weight. They've mostly been on new-built houses and it's never been clear who has actually installed it in the first place. I found another one a few weeks ago and must do it soon - before it comes down on me again.

Any business with anything about it at all should fall over themselves to do a deal with potential customers who have APPROACHED THEM. These customers are like a gift from God rather than the usual, thankless, cold calling method.

Some businesses just don't deserve to succeed.

Regarding emails or websiet forms, why have them on there at all?!

Update:

I rang ltgaragedoors.co.uk which i would never usually do and the guy said he had recieved my email but because of this and that had delayed emailing me back, i'll delay on giving him my custom!

I had an email back from garagedoorsstaffordshire.com 5 days after my initial contact, i have since replied asking further questions - without reply, though they are cheaper than LT, i'll carry on shopping round.
