We could do with some new friends for walks and socialising , I think with GSD it’s about understanding the breed they often give out the wrong impression of who they really are.
I would be great for holidays if we had similar minded friends to look after each other’s dogs giving the 24/7 care they deserve.

Enjoying a drop of red.
This is the third thread in two days you've started about this. You only need one you know, then allow people time to respond to it if they want to.

Spamming the forum won't help you.

Just a bit of friendly advice :)

Benefit dog training at Haughton do dog socialisation as part of their lessons but I'm not sure whether it is breed specific.

I'm sure if you give them a call they'll either be able to help or know of other owners that may be interested.

Ben at Parkhouse vets may know of some like minded folk or you could leave a note in various vets if you ask them nicely.
That's a very good idea - a quick Search reveals no other GSDs on here, and a brief thought-survey of the "usual suspects with dogs" comes up with mostly the smaller end of the canine spectrum.
