Good tradesmen in stafford

Hi all, have put this in the trades section, but looking at it there doesn't seem to be much traffic in there.

Just moved into a new house near the woodseaves area of stafford, by eccleshall and need a few things doing. Round the house.

Front and back garden landscaping/tidying up and a small gravel driveway extension

Removal and Replacement of fascias and soffits front and back from wood to upvc

Bathroom tiling and some tlc to existing suite

Upvc window repairs for misted glass and general MOT of existing hinges/handles replacement

Loft hatch resize and leader fitting

Heated towel rail rehanging as brackets have broken

Advice on current kitchen and possible dishwasher being able to be added into existing cabinets/plumbing/electrics

Does anyone know any reliable trades that can help or quote for any of those jobs? or know a firm that might be able to quote for the lot.

Any firms to avoid

Any good people you know.

Any trades in here?

Thanks in advance

My parents have had a fair bit of work done on their house in past year, from building a new doorway, to reroofing a conservatory and lean-to, and have always used this firm: Asset-Solution, 07837 701248. They can be found on facebook with examples of their work.

I can recommend Johnsons Plumbing if your long list includes anything within his remit. used him a couple of times and he's always been polite, on time, reasonably priced and does a good job. He'll also happily do the smaller jobs that other plumbers look down on:

I've recently renovated my house and I used a number of local tradesman. They were all fantastic; George Brassington - electrician, Darren Dyche - carpenter and I used Stafford plastics for my fascia boards etc. You should be able to get their contact details, however let me know if you can't find them.

Good luck

bpelectric on here for electrical, rikki for gas work - I've used both and always been happy with them. Not a building trade I know, but if you ever need computer repairs give me a shout :)

We can't even get them to come and have look never mind actually doing the job!

We have found it much easier to go out of area and get people from Stoke or Cannock to do the work.

A lot of tradesmen we have spoken to are too busy with new builds or commercial work to bother with small domestic jobs.

They will soon coming running back when the housing bubble bursts!

Im over that way on a regular basis i have a maintenance contract there
Parts of the Woodseaves area is a TT area not all electricians like working on it because of the earthing problems that can rear its ugly head.
If your interested send me a PM i can call in when i'm next over there
