Groundwork for large garden shed--any recommendations?

I'm looking to purchase a large garden shed and need to find someone who can do the groundwork for me.
The size of the base will be 3 x 8 metres and I'm looking for either a full concrete base or a dry-mix base with slabs on top.

Can anyone recommend anyone local in Stafford who could do this ?
