They sometimes have one at the hospice warehouse.

There were three at the boot sale - an old Webb (sold) and two of the 'modern', rear-basket type - worth a look next week?

I couldn't go today but thought they might have one. Sundays are a bit awkward for me at moment.

Twelve inch, side-wheel, rear basket type at Norton Bridge Hospice shop for £7:50 - in the 'yard' at the front.

This sort of thing.

But, green, I think....

It was still there at around 4pm today, I didn't try it, but it looked OK, might need a little attention/adjustment.

There wasn't much else in the front 'yard', so it won't have got much attention from other punters, I imagine.


Do beware of the very carefully positioned 'temporary' road sign that almost totally blocks your view of traffic approaching from the right as you leave the front gates.

No, it really will need testing prior to risking use on your own lawn.
I will selflessly offer my lawns as a test bed.

Very pleased with the mower @Gramaisc. My dad has sharpened and reset it and it's a vicious little beggar now! Has cut my lawns a treat.

Can you come & do mine @sarsaparilla? All you have to do is try to avoid any Daisy Flowers....apparently, to a 10yr old, cutting off Daisy flowers is about equal to stamping on fairys ...
