They did! I had a very long day at work (guess who opted to do overtime & work on her birthday, not knowing that Mrlittleme had booked time off) but then eldest son visited & I had lots of treats & surprises...... I was old & boring though & we didn't go out, Smallest minime sulked because we didn't have fireworks & I didn't want to go & watch any, we just stayed in & tried to comfort 3 daft cats that were frightened by the fireworks & the fact that they were made to stay in.......in fact, I was so boring & as I had work on Sunday too - that I was in bed by 10.30pm!!!!!! Heyho......

Ahhhh - I wish! Usually the husband cant have time off around my birthday - so I chose to do overtime on the 4 days that the husband had managed to take off (without telling me), I couldn't change my days, so ended up working the whole 4 daysAs in "I'd do very little me" if it was my birthday - aka "put your feet up" but I was trying to keep it in with your name
We didn't go out or even do anything cos I was too tired! Daughter sulked because all her friends were either having fireworks or going to see fireworks, but I get all arsey & wont have any, as that's what [B}everyone{/B] else is doing!.......Im so old & boring!! (I know you're only a little younger than me!)........one day I will manage a trip to see the Northen Lights on my birthday & keep everyone happy....
