Heating engineer recommendations please

Hi All,

Our boiler has started playing up and we need a recommended engineer out to have a look please.

We did get Rikki round a few weeks ago and he did say he would try to get the part he thought we neeeded but hasnt got back to us (we left left a number of messages).

So what are your current recommendations as we need the boiler up and running properly ASAP as its getting cold
